Been using H&R for many years with no issues but this year the state return just would not upload. Returns calculated with no issues but contacted the help desk 3 times with no upload success. Manually mailed return.

Have used HRB for years. Generally accurate. Comfortable with product. Calculation of Underpayment can give you 3-4 different answers based on the boxes checked. Calculation of 2210 needs better instruction, greater clarity of questions and required fields. Product could provide a better estimate of next years estimated taxes if you could enter data specific to the upcoming year (new tax rate, new deductions, estimated interest, dividends, cap gains, conversions).
