The download for stock trades failed because the limit set in Tax Software is too low. I have more than 5000 trades. The software got hung. Bad design. Sorry.

After a major Windows upgrade, there was a major database problem. I would have to delete the app and reinstall it for the app to read what I had created previously. This happened on each app for at least the last three years.

Cons: Time consuming
