I have gotten tired of telling HR Block to make the user interface better for stock trades. Wasted my time. A simple "Next trade" click would have made the confirmation of trades so much better. Will try Turbo tax next year.

I have used H&R Block for years and for some reason this year maneuvering was really confusing. I pulled up the 1040 to locate the AGI and took about 5 mins just to find it. I tried to find an explanation as to why the tuition was not allowed and had to go to IRS to get the info. There is an easy comparison to income vs. deduction and display a message for the software to handle.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
