Been using this software since tax year 2015 and I like how it allows me to use the previous year's return as a template for the current period. Importing from the previous return saves time and steps, but the review process ensures that you can check every box for accuracy. The step-by-step nature of the process ensures that everything that is possible gets the proper attention so that you are sure there has been nothing left off your return.

Have been using H & Block for as long as I can remember. The software meets all of my needs except for my stock holding of a limited partnership. Although it does collect the information from the K-1 that I receive there is always a notification that it is beyond the scope of the softwares capabilities and I need to manually enter or adjust some of information within my return. I’ve tried to follow the instructions provided but generally ignore this and just complete and file my return. Have not had my return audited yet but not sure I’m getting the full benefit of my limited partnership. Just wish this issue could be addressed within the provided software.

Software works great. It was easy to use. It should get five stars, but the IRS rejected the amount of refund that I was supposed to receive. Then, in there, inimitable fashion, they recalculated everything, and came up with exactly the same answer. So go figure. This probably should be a five star review but there is that gotcha
