H & R block makes the tax filing process easy. Are they doing it right? I have no idea.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I use your software every year to complete my taxes and my Mother's. It is always a challenge, after completing hers, to figure out how I now go about switching to begin my own. Since it's made for sharing and making multiple submissions with, it could be easier switching between Users/ tax forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Apparently I was double charged for the software, because it never responded correctly the 1st attempt to purchase it, but when attempted again, took both. Software itself worked just fine as it always has.

The only problem I have with the program/system -- I have to wait for the approval of the Social Security data sheet to be able to finish my submission even though it normal does not change.
