I have used H@R Block and it's main competitor. H&R is less expensive than it's main competitor and it is easier to use. I have never had any problems with it and will be using it from now on .

I've purchased this app each year (price is minimal) and if you use the same laptop, it will share last year's personal info with the new year's app. It is very easy to use and easy to find answers if you have questions. Suggestion: Buy in Nov or Dec to get a sale price.

Submitted my taxes mid-March and am still awaiting my tax refund estimated by end of June. IRS has "flagged" my taxes for "further review" have NO IDEA why (all input was checked THREE times prior to submittal & software showed no issues). Also I NEVER import data since the only time I was ever audited by IRS was the year I imported data.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
