I have always used another tax software. I found HR Block cumbersome to navigate, hard to get an explanation of what was to be filled it, very hard to send somewhere to print the return.
The script fonts were too light a color and too small to read easily, and no apparent way to make the writing darker and bigger.
Not happy.

Declining qualilty

I have used H&R Block software for at least 10 years. The product quality has dropped noticeably this year. The Help function is nothing other than a link to a bot search feature that seldom provides the answer needed. My Federal return was rejected on efile due to a feature on form 5329 that you claim to support. There was zero help on why this occurred and I ended up having to file by paper both Federal and State so I spent money for efile that you did not deliver on. I will be searching for other products next year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used your Tax program for many years now. This year, I had a problem with entering my second 1099-NEC. In previous years, my 1099-NEC's generated two separate Schedule C's, so I could put in my expenses and other costs. This year I tried MULTIPLE times to get to that second Schedule C and was unable to. When I contacted support they were unable to assist me. Very disappointing.

Have used it for many years. it continues to let me down when filing even simple returns for state of PA. There is always something that crops up at the last minute that prevents e-filing, that is unexpected, sometimes unfixable, or very poorly explained. Just a lack of attention to detail.
