After I submitted my return I noticed and checked that the IRA withdrawal automatically went in the pension distributions and rechecked that there was no ability to go otherwise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used H&R Block Tax Software for many years. Prefer it to Turbo Tax. This year it seemed there were several minor "glitches" that needed to be fixed (e.g. not totaling correctly etc.) hence the "good" rating. One specific was amended return for State of OR - It did not allow for reporting of refund already received, so I had to manually write on return. - Course this could have been error on OR state forms. Luckily I had to file manually, so it didn't matter that I had to override.
Pros: Easy to prepare
