The program was straight forward and was easy to input the data into. There were a few spots where it was hard to tell what the next step was or anything else was required. Aside from that, it made filing taxes relatively easy and I will be using it again.

When I attempt to download my Ameriprise investments, the HRB software doesn’t seem to recognize the format of the number of shares and the stock abbreviation. It continues to identify these as errors until I go back in (edit) and simply re-enter the same info.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
