The software works fine except for importing my T Rowe Price investment data. For the second year in a row the import did not work and I had to enter a lot of data manually.

Cons: Hard to import documents

I thought I had completed my return on March 12, but when I hadn't yet received my refund on April 15, I went back and discovered something in the software/forms had changed and I needed to file an amended return. Now the IRS says it may take up to 6 months to review my return. This was quite a disappointment this year.

I've been using this for 30 years. It is good and gets the job done. It is hard to be excited about a task I wish I didn't have to do, but I guess this makes it bearable. I just wish they'd make a way to get into custom lists easier, and then get back to where you were. That part is so difficult. I also wish they'd offer a reasonable price to someone who has bought this every year since 1996.
