Refused to open a browser window to allow me to log into my financial institution to download 1099B form. Had to enter dozens of transactions manually. No phone support;in queue for 45 minutes before I gave up. Miserable experience.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is a good product for doing your taxes on your own it helps you find the things you need for deductibles. did not like that I purchased the state and the federal program. But when I went to file the state, I still had to pay extra to file the state.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

It is almost an imparitive that one use Tax Software to do their State and Federal Taxes. H&R Block provide software that is both accurate and reliable. Even though I am fully qulified to do my taxes without software, I would not think of doing it by hand anymore.

Seems like one state return used to be included.
Does not have 1041 form or Dr0105 foot Colorado in the program.
Not helpful at all.
