My negative is they held up my filing for a 'final' form 2 months, where I only needed the form for an N/A comment, not a calculation. I should be able to bypass that transmit hold, and send in my return when

Decent usability, but a bit clunkier than the web version, but also cheaper. Navigation was a bit more difficult, as it seemed I had to page through every part of the section instead of being able to jump to the one I needed.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Pretty easy to use. Most questions have good examples and easy forms, but not all. They do always have hidden fees, like for electronic filing.
