I am glad I bought this. I had already finished and used the program, computer went down
and I lost the program. Could never get into your website or could not reach you with
my phone. Do not need the program at this time, but certainly would like to have the program to assist with 2024 taxes. As I will have to enter all information again.

I have used H&R Block for the last 3 years. I used Turbo Tax for 20+ years. H&R doesn't provide as much statistical information. The last 2 years I have trouble with Block software glitches. My taxes are being reviewed by the IRS for the first time in 60 years. Still don't know what the issue or issues are.
Pros: Fast

program did not realize child was not dependent for child credit based upon age and earnings until the error, the program should have recognized the age from the info section and asked the earnings question in the child credit area and provided the explanation that the child credit was not allowed because of the age and earnings
The program is lacking in that it does not handle MLP investments

Have used software for probably 15-20 years. Software works well. Major complaint is that I can't find information on what's forthcoming on successive updates. Furious to find that, in addition to charging me for use of the software, you're selling my data to other tech outfits. Bite me and don't edit out profanity in my review!
