One complaint. Maybe it’s me, but after multiple years of similar experience I believe you need a better “stop the program and close the window”. Save or not and close the program. Seems to be a minor detail but with my Apple PC this does not seem simple.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Bought Federal plus State, as always, but program “lost” my state program and then charged exorbitant rate when I was forced to buy state program again. After years with Block, I plan to go to a competitor next year.
