I like the fact that I can always print forms and that the program does the calculations that involve many other publications. Once or twice I need to change the program entries to be accurate, but overall, I'm very satisfied.
However, I think a free download or CD/DVD (option) to re-install would be nice.

I have used this software for years but this year is the first time i had to do a request for extension. It did not look right after attempting to do an extension twice, so I call the "expert" who seems completely lost when I explained that the software seemed to be leading me towards filing no matter what I did. She eventually said it was the right direction, keep going. so I did and filed when i did not have all my data.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

After many (14) years of using the HRB programs I continue to have the utmost confidence in how the program will lead me effortlessly through a task I used to dread - filing my taxes. Each season the process is so similar that I am not surprised when I breeze through the data transfer and the filing process. I wouldn’t want to change for any reason.
