Recently I have had problems with each return. This year I was billed multiple for returns that had an incorrect activation code. I should have double checked the code, but the software prefilled it so I thought it could be trusted. Took a few weeks to straighten out.

I previously used TurboTax until they took away certain features and made it so you had to purchase an upgrade to use that feature. H&R has stayed the same.
