Bought the product rather than paying someone, but wasn’t much difference in price. I also have never had any issues with IRS and this year I’m being audited. So I will NOT be using them ever again.

I have been using this product when it was orginally call Tax Cut. I have always had an overall good experience with it. While it does a overall wonderful job, it does have issues with respect to handling investment Schedule K-1's (which I thankfully no longer deal with because of the complexity).
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I've been using this program for years and like it quite a bit. Only gripe I have is that when you print the state portion, it has you go back and print off parts of the federal return with it. That should just be automatic.

...I've purchased your product since the Kiplinger Tax Cut days. I'm not a fan of the over the internet download. I prefer disc, thumb drive, memory card, something that I can hold and reload anytime, anywhere for present and future use. I actually have the entire unbroken sequence of tax programs back to 1998. All except the 2023 tax year that was available by download only.

Cons: Time consuming

Only con is difficulty with downloads, preferred the CDs.
