I'm happy with the step-through process of the software. I would like to see the ability to increase (and decrease) the size of the screens. Some of the text is small and hard to read.

I had used Tax Cut from 1995 thru 2008 and then progressed to using H&R Block from 2009 thru 2023. I have found it easy to use and to find help as needed on any special situations in my tax filings.

Bad last year and even worse this year. I am so done with H&R Block. I was not even able to file this year due to their server issues. I had to file an extension. I deal with their quirky software every year with its obvious errors that should have easily be corrected before release. I have tried so so so hard to be loyal but not even being able to e-file due to their it issues was the last straw for me and my family. Ten years ago, i would have given a 5 star review but year by year quality is dropping to now not even useable. Get out before its too late!

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
