I have been getting this product after using Turbo Tax for a few years. It has been an uneven experience and I have had to correct my taxes more than once.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

Dislike the change of no direct access on web site to link to download. We used to be able to access directly from web site and then just plug in access code but this no longer exists. Now more difficult to access. Perhaps small change in the scheme of things but annoying nonetheless.

The product is good but has its annoyances.
Many times it takes a lot of effort to recalculate after making a change. I have to save multiple times and use recalculate over and over. Sometimes I have to sign off and back on again before I have success. This has been an issue for many years.
It is also difficult to use the search for I frequently used topics.
I’ve also had some issues at times when I run error checks, make no changes and run again and get a different number of alerts??
I keep using it because I have for many years.
