I love using the program but it's annoying seeing what you call "updates". I also feel that you are making the IRS scapegoats for your inability to get updates to your program loaded in time. Every year for the past few your information says that the IRS isn't ready to accept my return for things like SSI not complete by the IRS. Twice I have contacted the IRS and was told that this isn't true. I gave up calling the IRS cause they claim that HR Block is not staying up with constant changes.
Please go back to being the awesome program I have loved for so many years.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve used H&R Block software for years to prepare my family’s taxes. It’s easy to use and very accurate. Your entries are checked for errors at various times to insure there aren’t any issues with your return. Depending on the complexity of your return you can be finished in a short amount of time. You can electronically file your return from within the program itself. If you’re entitled to a refund you have the option of receiving a check or having your money safely deposited into your bank account. It’s all very hassle free and reliable.
