I've used H & R Block for many years. I'm satisfied with the software. But I do have to say there are many times I don't understand what I'm to do and the help button doesn't always give the answer. If there's call in help, I sure can't find it. Google helps some. I guess maybe I'm not the traditional person using it. We've moved states, retired, have HSAs, huge medical bills. The helps don't help. haha

I use this same software year after year which saves a lot of time and improves accuracy. The software is simple to use and makes me confident of my return. I do not like it that I must pay an additional charge to file the state return. So I mail my state return rather than file.

This should be a free service from the IRS. HR Block and TurboTax have a stranglehold on the IRS. Get private companies out of tax preparation.
