We’ve used this software for years and found it to be head and shoulders above all other tax preparation software. It is intuitive, comprehensive and easy to use. Block is constantly improving the software but keeps the product competitively priced. The special features, such as on-line advice are pluses; however we’ve not had to use them. It’s a solid product at a fair price.

The software is easy to understand. However, there was one number popped up from nowhere and had to remove manually in the form option. Tax estimation for next year is not working for me. I have to manually print forms from government web sites. This is important for me since I am retired

We have been using H&R Block's Digital Tax Preparation for 15 years. The platform has been consistently user friendly, reliable, accurate. The only recommendation is that occasionally the listing of errors that needs to be fixed is either unclear or inaccurate. It could be sharper in it recommendations.
