I've used H&R Block's software for many years and never had the IRS question my returns. They've improved their product be making electronic returns and refunds easy to do. Also, the application is available before the end of the year so I can make sure I've paid enough tax.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have always appreciated how easy it is to use the H & R Block software. Answer to many questions can be found in the program. If needed, an online advisor can be accessed.

I have been a customer for over ten years. I originally started using TaxCut software. It is the easier software to use, the interview process is a great starting point for any return. I will continue using this software to do my taxes. My only issue is the print feature. I would like to be able to print a single form (for filing) at any time, instead of having to print the entire return. I review my work on these forms and if I find where I have to make a correction, I don't want to print the entire file.
