I have been using this software for many years now and it is by far the best investment you will ever make. Imports data from previous years which make starting a new return a breeze. I can now do my taxes in less time than it takes to drive to a tax preparer. I like the audit check at the end and there is even a section that will give you recommendations on how you can lower your taxes for next year.

Everything worked perfectly ...until my last time printing copies of the fed/state returns. When I opened the app, there was, as usual, an option to "check for updates". When I clicked that option (out of curiosity), the entire electronic file of my already-filed 2023 return DISAPPEARED..
