I could not get it to go through. I tried at least 15 times to make it work but it didn’t. My son in law tried to get it to work too but he couldn’t either. I ended up downloading Turbo tax today so I could file on time. I spent money to get your product downloaded and then I spent a lot more money to get Turbo tax. I’m not happy at all

I forgot to include my QCDs first time through and I could not find a way to go back and include them. The program said I was finished.
I then tried to just fill out the forms manually, with the QCD, but somehow ended up with a reduced taxable income but still with a higher tax owed???. I just gave up and missed out on the QCD costing me MUCH money.

Have used this program in the past with no problems, but his year, anytime I checked my inputs or had to change them, it reflected on a previous entry and made it look like I had duplicate entries on the overview pages even though the information was correct on the form itself. The program also manipulated/calculated my ordinary dividends and qualified dividends and inputted the results in the ordinary dividends line and deleted my foreign tax credit. The form didn't match what I inputted and I didn't catch this until I had already submitted my taxes
