I've used this software for the last couple of years. The only criticism I have is that some of the questions seem to vague and ambiguous. It's sometimes unclear what information is needed. Be more concise, and clear on what information to include from each form, where to find it, and remove extra information that could not possibly apply to a given standard return for an average person. Also make retiree sections easier to navigate.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Most everything is straight forward- including rental property. The area I would like to see improved is IRA / Required Minimum Distribution / Qualified Charitable Distribution / Conversion to Roth. The data entry screens are not easy to find without a lot of IRS knowledge. I like to model my Charitable Giving and Roth Conversions- to use as a planning tool to minimize my taxes.
