I've used the HR Block Deluxe & State for years. It is easy to use and provide pretty clear explanations. 2 CONS, the State electronic submission is expensive. Second, a separate submission of Fed from State would be helpful for those who usually get Federal money returned but owe State taxes.

The software is feature rich, but I find the interface clunky to use. I would prefer clearer questions about what are applicable in completing the return.
Some documents get imported but a few others do not.
Also, it would be nice to include some type of calculator to estimate taxes for the coming year.
