I’ve been using H&R Block software for my taxes for a few years after we got tired of having them done by an accountant. Initially, the pro was affordable and gave me the peace of mind that they were done correctly. But the price kept going up year after year to the point our refunds weren’t covering the cost, and our taxes aren’t complicated. So we decided to do them ourselves. So very glad we did. Returns are still done correctly but if we are lucky enough to have a return, we get to keep it! And it’s so easy to use!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
