A long time HRB customer. This past tax season was a disaster, with not being ready to file due to waiting for updates. The updates were scheduled to occur, and then at the last minute would be delayed. I filed once it was supposed to be ready, only to have my filed return on hold due to incomplete IRS forms. That was the final straw, I filed my taxes with Free Tax USA, and got a refund from HRB. You have lost a long time customer.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
