Doing my taxes was a good experience with the product. But one thing I had trouble with was the federal and state form to be filled out to make quarterly tax payments. I never did get it to work for me.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

Block seems to get the total package working for you, and makes the 1040 at least a little less painful. But the on-screen text is just so small it can be quite a strain to read, and there's no way to change it. That's the main reason I'm likely to change back to TurboTax next year.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast

i use this software for my annual tax return i have used multiple state packages when i lived in different states and even used it for preparing my family estate return after my parents passed it is easy to follow and protects you from sketchy options

It is a good tax program however last year's seemed to be a little bit cumbersome navigating thru a few of the pages. And I had trouble downloading info from last year's taxes. I have used this program for 8 years now, and tell everyone about the program.

Have used for many years. Problem is when you get a new computer the program cannot be transferred. It states you can download it again, but I have never figured out how to do that. I liked having a disc, but those times seem to be gone.
