I’ve been using this software for more than 20 years, and kept hoping for one feature: adjustable font sizes. As I get older (retired now) this feature becomes all the more important to me. If it doesn’t change, I expect I may need to switch to another solution to help with all my tax filing needs.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

Over the years I’ve been using the software, and experienced bugs. Many times I called to offer my help, and it seemed to me that the reps work there didn’t care.
The 2023 software was the worst that IRS rejected my filling, and I had to manually supply some information to IRS.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For years, this software has been buggy. Trying to tell me there are updates, then not updating. Even when I open a return from years ago, it again tells me there are updates and fails to load them. This is a mess. I'm going to Turbo Tax.
Cons: Time consuming
