There is a glitch in the program that did not print Form 4884 with the return for filing by mail resulting in Michigan Department of Treasury saying I owed instead of getting a refund. Had to get the program to print the firm and submit it so I could get my refund.

Our tax system is so messed up, and corporate greed and lobbying have allowed tax prep software to become a necessary evil. Just because your evil is less evil than the others, doesn't mean you deserve a positive review. You're part of the problem and I hate relying on you.

Most of program used to file taxes pretty straight forward. But is several areas especially on data input for Roth and traditional ira is not clear. Need to explain data requested in more layman terms. Program also in some areas does not allow return to area to make changes
