We've been using this software for a number of years and have found it pretty useful. Usually entire process takes 2-3 hours. Interview works well. I do wish there was a clearer way to find out what our loss carry forward is from stock sales, but really have no complaints.

Software was unable to e file my return because of form 8962. Premium Tax Credit was not included in my e file and return was not accepted by the IRS. Your software was unable to include from 8962 with my return and I was forced to mail in my return. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying for software. Customer service was of no help. Called twice and was told no update available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been using tax software for many years. I started with Turbo Tax but gave up on it due to ever increasing cost and change of ownership. I’ve been using H&R Block now for almost ten years. It has caught a few deductions I missed that have paid far in excess of the cost of the software. I have discovered the occasional glitch but have found a workaround each time but one. I started a new return and all was well.
