i almost always find it on sale and it works about the same as turbo tax but when you get it on sale it is always way cheaper than turbotax

I have used the software for along time and do my taxes as well as my children. This year I got charged twice for the software on my credit card and could not efile my sons returns due to issues with forms with the software. I was assured on 3 different phone calls that it would be resolved by a certain date but it was not. I ended up having to paper file and he is still waiting for his federal return!
