I have used this for the last 15 years and, but for 2023 the program was not very clear on some things. Also program advices to let the IRS figure the penalties instead of us. They did and changed a late fee.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used this for to file the state!years after several years as working for HRB as a tax preparer. I now question the value, with all the "Free File Programs" available and especially with the promo "Free State" and then the rip-off of an e-file charge to file the state.
