I’ve used this software for years after switching from TT. Frankly, I felt TT was better at the time because they had embedded videos that were played throughout the process. But I switched to HRB because it was much cheaper and could YouTube the videos. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. It can be a little buggy at times, but what software isn’t? So far, it has never let me down. Just have to be very particular to details making sure what I’m entering is being put into the tax forms correctly.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Good tax software product at a reasonable price point. Federal return is great.
One issue, the last 2 years it gives wrong tax owed on Colorado State partial year return. A minor inconvenience, the state adjusts for what they say is the wrong tax owed.

Software could be more user friendly. Every year it never lets me register the product. I'm not sure if it's because I have a MAC or it's a software problem.
