I BOUGHT THIS IN LATE 2023. PROBABLY COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER PRICE IF I HAD WAITED UNTIL CLOSER TO APRIL 15, 2024. EASY TO USE, BUT AS I SAID, A LITTLE PRICEY.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

So I have used your tax software for many many years. I had never had any problems til the last 4 years.
Four years ago our taxes refund were sent to our previous address we had lived in. Had to take care of that problem.
Three years ago, one of our taxes was sent to the previous address again and then for some reason on my state return it had zeroed out what I had paid in state tax and it the said I owed. So, AGAIN I had to take care of that.
Two years ago, same thing. Our state refund was sent to our old address. Plus, when I went to put in previous personnel info it did not transfer correct info.
Oh and I also tried taking the photo of the w2 so I wouldn't have to enter the info....never again. It put info in the wrong spots and didn't input some info. I had to erase and start all over.
Again, I use to love your tax software. But I've had too many problems the last few years. I'll be going elsewhere next year.

Been using this for years and is always accepted by IRS. But as I depend on it to crunch the numbers I feel a loss of what goes where. This year my taxes were higher than last year. Although I had a few thousand increase in income I figured with the increase being withheld it would even out. It didn't and as I tried to delve into why, there seemed to be no satisfactory clear links to answer the question.

I have used this software for many years and continue to be generally satisfied. The last two years the software has had a glitch regarding QCD‘s from inherited IRAs. I hope that is fixed for next year.
