For the price that I paid, I should receive unlimited e-filing submissions and multiple state editions. You should closely consider reducing the price or improving the aforementioned features. If you don’t, you run the real risk of my switching to the IRS FREE e-filing platform.

I found the software basically easy to use, included retrieving previous years returns. Most important to me is trusting the software to be accurate but also simple to use. I do like the section that finds errors and allows you to make corrections in the forms sections at the bottom of the software. Retrieving forms from financial institutions was simple and straight forward. Purchased software was reasonably prices and to download!
