the filling in is ok, but the finding last years returns to "automatically fill in" is nonexistent , AND I can't find this years either . Something EVERYBODY WILL NEED should not be hard to find or get.

Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used H & R Block software for my tax preparation for several years. Before 2023, I always paid my additional taxes owed via a personal check to the Treasury Dept. without a problem. For 2023, again I owed additional money above what was being withheld so I thought I would pay it via a credit card. For some reason, the credit card payment didn't get processed so last week I received a notice from the IRS that they had not received the payment so not only did I owe the additional tax but I also owe additional interest and penalty. Not a good thing. I'm still trying to figure out what went wrong. Not a good deal.
