My husband and I have been married for over 30 years. We have had our taxes done professionally, used Turbo Tax, and used both an HR Block Professional AND the HR Block program. By far we have been happiest using the HR Block programs and professional. It is so easy to use and we get the maximum amount back.
Fortunately we have not had to test out the support system they provide for IRS audit.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I buy this every year for the past few years. When my daughter was a dependent there was always a glitch claiming her That is no longer an issue since she is not a dependent any longer

The transition from Turbo Tax generally went well. One significant difficulty was entering estimated taxes paid for Ohio state forms. It took some trail and error to get the program to enter them properly. There was one glitch that significantly delayed, by months, our refund from Ohio state taxes. Necessary attachments from Federal 1040 were not included with Ohio filings. I will likely use the program again this year.
