Have been using H&R Block Deluxe for nearly 8 years and have always been pleased with the service. Except, the last few years have been a little more difficult in clearifications of some of the steps. Resulting in not feeling so sure of the intuitive of the program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used H&R Block for many years and it is easy to use and has checks and balances to help keep you on track. However, with the IRS and other tax software programs having more free filing options, I may have to look at optopns
