Was trying to get away from the hidden fees that turbo tax kept charging. Tried H&R. Was much more difficult to use and ended up having hidden fees that ended up costing me just as much as turbo tax.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
