I have been using HR Block software regularly for some time. For most parts, it is easy and reasonably intuitive to work with. But in the case of Schedule K-1 and related forms to fill, the software instructions are not very clear.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

I’m disappointed as it don’t calculate my claim correctly. The system ingested my 1099 and W2s, but didn’t put in the correct numbers which has now halted my claim with the IRS for more than 5 months. I’m not sure I’ll use this service anymore.

Worked well and accurately as it has always in the past 6 or 8 years. However, this year, the software was not able to pull in last year's return. The file format was correct. Not resolved.
