Fairly easy to use. I like the way it pulls up previous returns and makes it easy to fill out the forms. The only feature I don’t care for is that it will not file your state returns electronically without paying extra. Seems like it would be easy to file the state returns also.

I have a relatively simple return, but you have to go through every question before you can complete. If you want to go back to review one part of the return you have to go through a bunch of questions that you have already answered.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
