I owe a penalty and interest because of you

I went through the submission process, and things got messed up at the end. I could not find out from either you or the IRS whether the amount I owed was paid. Your SW sucked, and the IRS site was not reporting on my 2023 return through April and May 2024.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The most important fact to note H&R Block have made provisions to include all the latest updates made by IRS so that while using the software we don't miss out to report any income.
