Easy to use but few areas still need more clarity

Inaccurate and unclear calculations for credit for taxes paid to states (NY) other than resident state (NJ). I do not know how to resolve the issue or get support.

I am a big believer in transparency. Filling out the forms was fairly effortless. Much appreciated! Time to submit was a bit more awkward as I could not file Federal electronically and then print the state forms as an option (I later realized), I was under the impression that I had filed Federal forms, then went back to print and US mail my state forms. Also, I would have guessed that buying the federal/state package, that free filing would be included. Nope, only free federal. Anyway, physical mail option worked without issue. Unfortunately, I later discovered in June that the Federal form was never sent (as it was expecting all to be sent). I had to opt out of submitting state forms in order for it to go through. Thankfully, penalties were less than I feared. Life is good and I’m now smarter for next year.

I found DATA in fields that should have been empty. Like EIC . We don't qualify for EIC.
I had DATA in fields that was Weird.
Wish I could enter our Pension separate from the RMD from Trad. IRAs
