Good enough but had hiccups

I missed the ability to use the top menu to import from other financial institutes without having to go through the questionnaire. I didn't like the server error that made it uncertain if my tax return was processed.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

Overall, my experience was ok. There was one issue that arose while working on my state return. I needed a form to obtain a credit for purchasing a solar system last year. The software did not provide it. That pretty much ruined my attempt to complete my state return using the software. I wasn’t able to figure out a work-around. Probably won’t use this product next year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Did not catch data entry error

Filling out Form 1095-A, I only entered first two columns, missed the third column. Program said all was good. Instead of a $12,042 rebate, after a 5 month delay, I find i may owe $10,644. Program did not flag a potential error. Not sure if I will have to pay late penalty.
