I have used this product for the past 10 years. For the first time, the federal government did not accept my filing stating that I had included the wrong agi from 2022. Despite the fact that I verified the numbers, it simply would not go through. Therefore, my filing was untimely and cost me money.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Enough features at a fair price. could be better

I have used this for years, despite its flaws. It does not seem to improve from year to year. I still can't file certain forms electronically for my state taxes. The explanations of taxable and tax exempt dividends are confusing, particularly when propagating information to state taxes. I have tried TurboTax and it has its own flaws. I wish they would improve the product.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this software for sevral years. The price has substationaly increased. I understand this software because I have used it for so long. I did participate in the offer to purchase early/. I am looking for a new software next year sadly. The price has gotten out of control. I can almost pay a cpa to do the tax for what they are charging me.
