I bought this product two weeks ago finished and filed both Federal and State returns in one day. I previously bough my tax down from] Turbo Tax but could not get it to download. After a few frustrating days of attempting to download the program, I gave up, bought H&R Block product, downloaded, installed and completed my tax returns the next days.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've used this product for years, back when it was called "Tax Cut". For tax year 2023, we had a very complicated return, so we used H&R Block professionals to prepare our tax returns. But for 2024, we are back to using the software.
