I'm mostly happy with program but when you import a W-2, there will be error messages at the filing process because it never imports properly and then your programs drops pieces of the w-2 addresses causing more error messages and this problem has persisted for over 10 years and you never fix it.
Cons: Hard to import documents

I've used this for the past 4 years. Prior to that used a completely web-based service. I really don't see much difference between the two. But I'm satisfied with the software. This is the first year I am actually getting a refund. Don't misconstrue a tax service's phrase that you're going to get a refund. It all depends on how much you withhold for taxes. And how you apply the Healthcare.gov tax rebate.
Regardless, this software is very easy to work with. It just guides you through. You don't need to know taxes, just have all your forms in hand. And good or bad, the results are accurate.
