I'm an experienced taxpro so I wanted to jump around and found it very aggravating. A return that would normally take less than 30 minutes took 2 hrs and I had to go elsewhere to verify the results.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
